VP of Advocacy:
Responsible for maintaining and updating the chapters by laws, policies and procedures.
Update members on deadlines relating to licensing issues.
Attend all monthly GRA conference calls with corporate.
Serve as a liaison to the State’s coalition of which the chapter represents and attend all monthly TIDC- TN IDEA conference calls as the IIDA representative.
Update board on Legislative news and events thru IIDA as an organization.
Maintain a communication with IIDA HQ’s VP of GRA.
Supervise any and all communications related to GRA issues and shall provide an annual financial analysis of the portion of the chapter’s budget raising related to this jurisdiction.
Submit Advocacy grant to IIDA headquarters every year (in the fall).
