Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in designing healthcare projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
NCIDQ certification preferred
Proficient in Revit, works independently to complete projects
Responsibilities and Experience:
Assist in all aspects of developing healthcare interiors including design concepts, space planning, design detailing, product research, graphic documentation and project coordination
Research materials and concepts and use in-depth knowledge of products to develop a strong project palette
Participates in client presentations and project meetings, preparing presentation materials to communicate design concepts
Collaborates with internal team members, other disciplines, consultants and vendors to create a cohesive design
Experience in development and compilation of construction documents
Excellent time management, computer, organizational and collaborative skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Desired Skills:
Proficient in Revit
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suites
Experience in Enscape or Lumion is preferred
Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu

This sales representative position is a full time one, with office hours 8 – 5, but also hours outside those at local community and business events. Our sales reps make end-user appointments, A&D appointments, and attend regular networking meetings/events, as well as coordinate closely with the design and installation teams to be certain clients get the best solution for their needs. Most of this is in the beautiful central Tennessee area, but we have clients nationwide.
Job Requirements
Four-year college degree
Two years of direct sales experience

Responsibilities:
*located in Knoxville, TN
• Fulfil the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, Project Manager and AutoCad Operator
• Undertake design projects from concept to completion
• Define project concepts, requirements and schedules
• Prepare finish schedules, finish keys and floor plans along with finish installation plans
• Specify furniture, including product research, literature, and pricing for budgets
• Develop templates, spreadsheets and budgets often in Excel
• Prepare presentation / sample / inspiration boards as required
• Prepare furniture installation documents
• Work closely with clients, designers, architects and contractors through project completion
• Schedule and meet with sales representatives regularly for new product presentations
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Interpret and translate customer needs into plans
Skills:
• Space planning, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and installations
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Procurement experience is desired but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Fluent in Excel)
• BS degree in Interior Design
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• NCIDQ accreditation preferred but not required
