It all begins with an idea. The snake became the inspiration for biomimicry
materials
athletic rubber flooring was hand cut into individual shapes and reassembled to represent the scales of a snake. Carpet backing was hombre painted to work with the overall color scheme and is a reference to the shedding of a snakes skin.
