VP of Advocacy:

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the chapters by laws, policies and procedures.

  • Update members on deadlines relating to licensing issues.

  • Attend all monthly GRA conference calls with corporate.

  • Serve as a liaison to the State’s coalition of which the chapter represents and attend all monthly TIDC- TN IDEA conference calls as the IIDA representative.

  • Update board on Legislative news and events thru IIDA as an organization.

  • Maintain a communication with IIDA HQ’s VP of GRA.

  • Supervise any and all communications related to GRA issues and shall provide an annual financial analysis of the portion of the chapter’s budget raising related to this jurisdiction.

  • Submit Advocacy grant to IIDA headquarters every year (in the fall).
